I was told by a local shop that there is now an enclosure that fits beneath the rear seats of the Ford F-250/350 Super Duty Crew Cabs. Their price was $179.00 but they wouldn't give me the brand. I briefly saw a photo of it so I know it exists, but I was hoping someone here could tell me where I can find/buy one (and maybe do some research)?

cant help u on that one...but why not spend 30 bucks on wood and glue and build ur own custom box?

So u dont have tools.....find someone that does!

I have built boxes before, have the tools, and have the knowledge. The only thing I lack is that elusive ingredient called "spare time".

Thus, if I can identify and purchase this new box, that would be my best solution.

you're saying that you'd pay 140 for someone else to do it and carpet it?????

i'll do it for that price....heck...i'll drive it there.....take a day off work....the money you save in building will more than make up for the money you'll lose from a day's work

good luck

Actually, no it won't. $140 is exactly $5 more than I make per hour, so unless I can build + carpet the entire box AND install the entire system in the truck in about 50 minutes, the savings aren't worth it.

The cost of the box isn't the issue (although I save where I can). I just can't locate the exact model in question. Still searching...
