Dry FOAM surround, How to fix?

Nothing. This is the problem with foam. It will eventually dry, then crack, then fall apart.

Start shopping for a new sub. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

Or a recone, OR follow these instructions-

Why do expensive subs use foam instead of rubber?
Because foam is lighter, and more efficient (usually).
