Just wondering what people thought of the effects of drinking and Weightlifting were.. I know a guy who doesnt lift much ( 2-3 days a week and drinks like a fish (4-5 times a week) and is ripped and strong as hell, but for the most part it cant be to good for you .. From what i understand , when trying to build muscle getting drunk on the night of a workout is the same as not even doing a workout that day.. opinions??
