Door speakers in truck

I have a 2002 Chevy extended cab. Will another speaker fit in the rear door where the stock 4x6 is at now?

You can get a plate speaker to put in there which is basicall a small component set.. I wouls see about building your own plate and stuff a 5 1/4 comp set in there though..Or you could get a 5 1/4 coaxials as well.. Try to avaid anything that doesn't have a round cone they have a tendecy to not recreate the sound as well as they should.

i tend to diasagree with that oblaque speakers produce bad bass crap

if you're gonna run a really high SQ install, get components. If not, dont worry about it!
