The first year I started using paypal they ripped me off $300 and no that wasnt from there high fees they actually stole my money that was 5 years ago. Since then I have only used checks or money orders, money I lost from that $0

op it sounds like you have an unverified basic account. when i first started selling on ebay i just went ahead and got a premier buisness acct and have not had the first problem getting to my money. i even have a pp debit card i can use whenever wherever. upgrade your acct and get verified and you will have no issues whatsoever.
