General rule of thumb: If the basket is chromed out with flames or the letter initial of the company, there is probably better in that range.

1st let's get you a deck. Then some a good sounding componet set or coxial set. Then you should focus on subs. It is pretty gay to be banging around town and you can't hear the words...

It is one knob that moves through the menus and whatnot. I use the remote and so will you, so becomes more cosmetic that function. If you get what I mean.
