Don't be lured in by unbelievably low prices - AVOID IKESOUND like the plague.

Ok, so some go extremely smooth and some go sour. That's how any company is - it just depends on the customer service which to me it sounds like they have very little of or none at all. Personally, if I had never heard of them and I was looking at buying something from them on eBay, I would buy it - I go with the 90%+ feedback for buying. Anything less is a waste of my time.

So in turn, they're not that bad of a company. Just have their ups and downs.

 
they are sh|tting me right now. I bought something and they sent me the wrong one. Now they don't even want to respond to me.

its funny because I just posted a topic about how rude the lady is over at Ikes in another car audio forum.

I think they have great prices but their customer service is terrible.

One word of advice:

before entering an order with Ikes I call them and ask if they have what I want in stock. if they do i quickly order it online.

also shipping is slow (UPS ground which is a 3-5 day service for most of the USA) but if you need something shipped faster just call them and they will work it out with you. the lady might be rude as all hell but she will still get it done. well their web page states as much.

 
I just got a replay from an email I sent them about a week ago (miracle!).

hi the iotem is on backorder. I do not have a deliver ydate at this tiem, I cna refund in full, sobstitute or you can wait, please advise, thanks

There's an old saying that there's 3 things you can have in the service industry: a great product, a great price, and great service. However, you can only have 2 out of the 3 in any given transaction. Think about it.
