newsflash, EVERY car "scene" is like that, from hotrods to imports, to lifted trucks)
extremely high lifts and wheels not big enough to warrant it have never been liked, hell in many cases 30s on a car high in the sky just doesn't look good, I have seen a charger tucking 28s though.

So I guess there shouldn't be a scene for imports and mini trucks? Becuase these cars have much more money in them than imports and minitrucks, and are way more popular than minitrucks and imports.
