doing big 3

Got a quick question, im doing the big 3 on my 2003 ford taurus. my wire from my alt runs from the alt to a under hood fuse box then from the underhood fusebox to the battery. now what i want to do is go from the alt straight to the battery and then from the battery back to the under hood fusebox. I mainly want to get the alt wire directly to the battery. i plan to fuse the wire going to the fuse box with the stock 125 amp fuse. would this work ok? click on the pic to see what i mean. pic is small may be hard to see.

Mine did the same thing, I just ran a wire straight from the alt. to the + directly on the battery. I didnt bother trying to re-run the relay box one. Just do a run from the alt. to the battery and you'll be fine.

thats what im gonna do. but i have to run a wire back to the fusebox or else nothing will power it. i imagine running the alt directly to the batt is gonna make a big difference. would the stock motorcraft batt under the hood which is 813 CA and 650 CCA plus maybe a kinetik 1800 or 2400 be sufficient enough for 3KW?

X2... just leave the stock wire how it is and add one going straight from the alt. to the battery.
