Thanks in advance

you can mount them either way as long as the box is built to the correct specs. And it may be louder one way or the other depending on the vehicle.

Really Depends On What U Are Going For If U Going For Spl Then Mount Them Subs Up Port Back About 4 In Away From The Back Of The Trunk An Let Her Bang But Juss For Looks Or Sq Do Subs On Front, Plus Really Depends On What Your Car Likes.

Supadave

I would think having them face the same direction as the port would keep them in phase with the port. Having the subs fire up while the port fires back would give a 90* out of phase issue. You may end up with some weird SQ things going on.

... I usually go with subs front, port side.

BUT!... I'm convinced that subs front, port front is the loudest in this car.

.. I'm still goin' to do Subs up, port back... But, that'll only happen when I put my 18" in there.
