alright so i bid on this 15" T3 TSS on ebay and won it for $170 shipped and i had to wait a little for paypal to transfer money to my account because i don't feel like paying fees lol...

so then this guy tries to take me to "ebay court" cause i didnt pay. the money came one day so i sent him the money as soon as i got it and got a partial refund this message from him yesterday, about a week and a half after i sent him the money

I was moving out and had an issue where I could not find the sub, but I was able to find it again, so you can send the 132 back. Or I can refund the rest to you.

So i told him no, i want the rest of my money.....

and the rest hasent come yet!!

yea you can put a specific time, but he didnt have one

4 days is nothing definatly file a compalint sounds like he wanted more for the sub and is using this as an excuse to refund so he can relist it.

Forget the feedback file a complaint with Paypal after 7 days. You have 7 days to pay too according to Ebay rules.

When I sell I always do immediate payment required. If no payment within 1 business day I can sell to the next person in line.
