Does this box look okay?

Designing a box for 2 american bass xd 8's. Power will be 800-1000rms. So far I have come up with this:

dimensions are W 30" H 12" D 15" port is on front baffle to one side 2.75" wide with first port length at 11.5" and port length 2 at 19" giving me about 33.5 hz tune with 28-29 square inches of port. Box volume is a little over 1.7 before sub displacement. With this be enough port for 2 8s or too much? Thanks for any advice.
