Does someone wanna design me a box??

I need a box for an RE Se15. I want it to hit real low while still having good output throughout. Right now I have it in a 4ft^3 custom tuned to 34hz, I'm looking for something tuned around the 28hz mark. My max height is 18in and width doesnt really matter to much as long as its not super huge. So if anyone would like to help a fellow CA member out it would be much appreciated.
