Does shape matter at all in sealed boxes?

no. thats fine make sure its nice and sealed though

It is fine that way, but yes shape does matter in a sealed box. The best shape to use is a sphere, many other non traditional shapes also work very well. Actually a standard square/ rectangle is one of the worst sonically.
