does re amps do rated power?

i was looking into buying a re vlx 4de which is rated at 7k rms at 1 ohm and they are ALOT cheaper then anything else i have seen in the power range

anyone know if they do rated or have any real info on them

Well the MSRP on that is $1299 and nowadays that money better get you something fierce. I'd expect at least 5000 watts for that money.

called re and they r not releasing this amp for a while

but said that it had 1000amps that it drew but it might have been on 16 volt

im running an RE 35.1 as a temp amp at the moment, that thing does rated and then some, but im not so sure how their new stuff is.
