I would say it will kill it one day... I had a sub that popped sometimes, actually still does, (its in a friends ride) been popping for about 4 or 5 months.... nothin yet tho...

...Define this 'pop'? If the subwoofer is bottoming out, then yes you can easily damage it. If it is a turn on/off pop then no, it will be fine.

well it pop on sertain songs at high voloumes i was told to make my ground better... so i did at it seems not to pop like it did before so im gonna go back and grind the floour some more to make the ground better

i don;t think making ground better is going to fix this "pop" ... turn down your gains

Turn it down man, you are past the useful limits of your subs suspension. Damage will surely ensue.
