does my boss audio amp put out what its rated?

First, I would get a better box. More than likely the box it is in is too small and tuned too high. Second I would do the big 3 upgrade in preparation for step 3.Which is looking into upgrading the amp. The sub you have, can get loud, but it still may not sound the best.

People **** onthe prime amps but they do rated the punch does a lil more then rated and the power does alot more then rated
