does it matter where i mount my port

i was thinking of putting my port on the top of my box in one of the corners and having my sub be on one of the sides????????

id have the port on the front of box facing back or side of the box facing the side if the car, sub up or back for either one

you will have to try different combinations to find out what works BEST for your vehicle. Pure SPL is a different for me than daily driving too. I'm a fan of having your sub and port on the same plane for daily listening.

i would go sub up, and port firing to the side, u'll be limited on room when u face the port towards the trunk lid..

You will get different results from different alignments.

In your vehicle if you can port back sub up, or sub up port up. Those would yeild the loudest results.

Sub foward and port up would yeild well enough daily driving results. But will not be as loud as the other options.

I would not recommend port up sub side in that vehicle.

Yea i 2nd that. Sub and Port up seem to work best for hatches.
