i had dual flowmaster 40's on my chevy 350..imo, it was well worth the little extra noise..in other words it really didnt hamper the musical experience any....

Your going to hate flow master's sound. Very loud and deep. It will decrease your SQ. Just stick with upgrading the radio.

Flowmasters are amazing sound.

Thinking for one's self is great, it allows us to realize that the two sounds will influence each other due to sound cancellation. bla bla bla. So do what Primo said, and add deadener.

The great thing about throaty Flowmasters, they cover up the rattles that the car next to you hears.

Agreed, I hate those loud *** mufflers. I see civics with exhausts so large and loud that I can stick my head in them and look around... It's really annoying.

And yes, it will make your system slightly harder to hear.

agreed. my friend has dual flowmasters with cut outs and some other stuff done to it and it is hard to hold a conversation in his car because it is so loud.
