Does DD make subs for sealed apps??

I was looking at subs on their site and all of the recommended enclosures were ported. I'm not a fan of ported subs so which, if any, DD subs would work out for a guy like myself?

what are you trying to shoot for? the reason dd recommends ported enclosures are because they are mainly spl subs, which is not to say they cant sound nice... but there are much better alternatives if wanting sq/sql

you may look into the 9100 from what I understand it is DDs SQ woofer

The 9100 12" looks like a good option for sealed enclosures... it's underhung too, should have very low BL distortion. I don't know of anyone who runs them, though, as most DD customers are looking for the raw SPL of their other lines. I've wanted to hear one for a while myself.

They are all "SQL" subs.95s sound sweet.But if there a dd sub to be sealed it would be the 1000 series,maybe the 1500s? U am not even sure.But if they dont have what ur looking for look somewheres else.How much power and room do u have.Check out soundsplinter.

Just kind of looking to be honest. It'll be another 3 months or so before I take the plunge and put a system in my FX45. I'll be looking for an SQL setup. I've never read anything but great things about DD subs so they have piqued my interest.
