Probably doesn't like you
Does the brand or style or model of battery affect the voltage of the car? At idle? While driving? Thanks, Andrew
shouldnt have any affect really while the car is on, unless you have a ton of dead batt that one alt is trying to charg, the only way i see voltage drops
the regulator on the alt controls voltage
my optima hold a 13.1volt with the car off, getting scotties G31 tomorrow

so is the conflusion that the voltage regulator in the alt controls the voltage of the car?x2with the stock bat my car was @12.5 off and 13.6 on....now with a yellow top and 120a alternator it sits at 13.4off and 14.1 on
nope, just what the alternator puts out
You are correct, but certain batteries may accept charge faster than others allowing the battery to reach a full state of charge quicker and allow the voltage to hold higher while the alt is charging.what do you mean. the voltage regulator in an alt controls the voltage that the alt puts out
