does audiobahn ****

their higher end stuff is decent, as well as some of their old school subs but the majority of what they produce is crap in a chromed out package. i, personally would never buy a piece of audiobahn equipment...

I had the Alum 12 Q's and they weren't bad at all in a sealed enclosure. Other than that, I never had any interests in their products due to unreliable performance, which has been noted in magazines and car audio shops.

my girl has a pair of the alum 12q's in her accord on a x600.1 and theyre plenty loud for her. they dont sound that great but they do get loud. theyre rated at 1000wrms and im giving em ~300 a piece. i wouldnt give em no ore than 600 a piece without expecting some problems..

these forums are particularly anti-bahn.

I've got a low end bahn system, and although I'm trying to sell it, it's done really well for over a year. Two 400 watt 12's on an 800W amp, so they are getting their RMS. They haven't blown nor has the amp had any problems.

They are relatively inexpensive for the loudness. They are decent, but there is definitely better stuff out there.
