Castrol is goOd and royal purple is decent

I use the 15k stuff and it will go 20k before it stats to break down..

You know, i've heard that too. And come to think about it, out of all of the people I know whom have drag cars/racers, none of em use it.

rotella makes some awesome oil. I use it rotella t-6 5w-40 in my zx-10r, pickup, and my Chevy 350 powered 240sx. I use Amsoil in my 370Z because of the VVL makes for a lot of friction on the cam and cooks the oil. Nissan recommends using ester based oil which Motul, Amsoil, and Redline are. These are the only ones I know of an Amsoil is the only one I have in a store near me.
