Once you have the ability to upgrade your phone it doesn't run out or anything. But you can upgrade your phone anytime, just buy a new phone and switch out the sim cards

Yes, you can cancel your upgrade(if you have recently upgraded) if it is within 30 days, after that we wont do it.

Pretty much this. You have 30days to either return it, or swap it out. after that, your stuck.
