Ok. I am wondering which and where can I buy a CB radio (I guess its called), where I can listen to Police and Fire "Emergencies" for example when a 911 dispatcher calls out the police,firefighters or ambulance .....If anyone can provide me with this information I would gladly appreciate it. I know its a bad explanation but its the best I can do. LOL....Thanks!

K so which one do u specifically reccomend?....I need answers here...also where can i find it?...im not gonna keep it in my car or anything i just want it for the house, or even like the walkie talkie type. I looked them up on ebay but I dont trust them basterds that much to buy that type of thing from there.
