Does anyone know if this sub is any good?

I just picked up a Boss 12 yesterday for free. I dont know if its good or not. Dont really matter. But I am gonna try to sell it so I need to know if its any good.

it's a magnet with a plastic circle epoxied on

as long as they publish accurate t/s specs you should be able to make it sound alright
