I've been doing it for a couple of weeks so far, does anyone have any good iphone/itouch application suggestions for this?
i went 1 whole year without any type of soda and saw no difference in weight or health so i say **** it now and drink all i wantIm still young so I eat pretty much anything i want... i def stay away from fastfood and soda tho... that stuff makes me feel like $hit afterwards
I dont even enjoy fastfood or soda tho. Soda never quenches my thirst and just sits heavy and makes me feel blah... same w/ mcdonalds and $hit. i think you need to bump it up. minimum intake should be around 1200 calories and if you take in less calories that can slow your weight loss. if thats what your going for.What is everyone's daily Calorie intake? I try to keep it at 900 to 1200 at the moment..
