OK below are the T\S parameters for my Orion 10" P series subwoofers. They bang hard in the prefab their in right now, so its making me think about a custom box.
My main question is the fact that the ported enclosure specs show that the box needs to be tuned to 50Hz. Can it be tuned lower ?
Second , low Qtc has a higher box volume for a sealed application which I am considering for SQ, but there is a sealed SPL application as well. Which is better and why ? Does makeing the box bigger do anything more for the driver ?
