Dodge 2500 underseat Build

Im sorry I dont have any data on the hole locations for chevy seat frames. Their really easy to make a 2x4 profile is really 1.5" so just unbolt your seat slide in the 1.5 spacer mark the hole location drill out spacer and use a slightly longer bolt to secure it back down. if you send me a bolt hole pattern Id be happy to make you any size spacer you need.
I'm not sure about the Dodge but the Chevy other than the floor brackets has a side bar that inserts into a spring load slot in the sidewall of the truck, that's where I'm having trouble with doing my seat lift.

This is completely different in a crew cab Ram the seats bolts directly to the floor. Is yours a extended cab? Its looks like you need a square tube bracket that will slide over existing pin with a welded elevated the pin

Yes its an extended cab and that pin is not quite square. Its tapered at the top a little and its also spring loaded for holding the seat when folded up which shouldn't be a problem if I can raise it.

View attachment 26550766View attachment 26550767 Its taking time to find all the angles and convert them into drawings for cnc. Heres the lastest pics. Ill b switching over to Black Mdf in a few more layers then lights and lexan to finish it off Im hoping to be done by early next week. You can see from the first pod the rings look crooked I started thinking Ill change the rings by giving the corners more structure but after making the next two rings I decided it made my box look unprofessional so on the next pod I switched it back to a more uniform structure that looks more appealing.

My Ram must be different because I don't have the middle seat foot, the whole backseat raises up and it didn't have lids for the storage. It's a 2012 Ram 1500 Crew Cab, but it is a Detroit Red Wings special and the original owner paid the extra 1000 or so for the leather upgrade (which is amazing, by the way). I'm sure it wouldn't be much different to lift the whole seat up, probably just have to do what you did just at the ends.

Im not sure either but it sounds like a similar setup. This build will be done in the next week. I do have the final numbers I made 2.3ft^3 and will hold most 12 inch subs @1ft^3 minimum, mounting depth is 7.5inches. We will be using sa-12's in this enclosure.

I'm glad to hear that you're using SA-12's. With a Fox Acoustics box I'd be limited with sub choice because it only allows for a 6.5 inch magnet. I was really keen on a pair of SQ HDC312's but the magnets are massive. I listen to more country and metal than rap so I've got to do a little more research to figure out what subs would be best for the music I listen to.
