Yes. Every single time no matter where I am. I got into the habit a long while ago. I even take it off at night when my car is in the garage.

I take my faceplate off when I'm at school, go to a bad area, or overnight at my house. That's for my 9855 I'm using in my truck. My neighborhood isn't bad at all, but I know of a few people who live around me who had their cars broken into. I figure out of sight out of mind. With my car and my 800PRS, well, that sits in the locked garage all of the time and my alarm is armed. The faceplate usually stays on. If I take the car out, it will depend on the area in which I park as to whether or not I will take the faceplate off.

Actually i do that sometimes. But i figure if its atleast not on the deck there is alot less chance of someone wanting to get into the car to get anything if its locked, and its a trunk car where they cant get into the trunk for anything else.
