PM'd and was told Skar doesnt sell baskets. I might be going a different direction but was wondering if there are any 10" i could buy if I decide to rebuild to stock VVX.

You're right. Don't sell just baskets but sometimes there are blown subs that come in. Give Kevin a call and ask if there are any lying around the warehouse and I'm sure that'd be your best bet!

You're right. The only baskets he has are from all the defective ones that get sent back by the customer due to poor Qc. All the subwoofers that are sent back to him in "good enough" working condition get sold as "B-Stock", so those baskets would therefore be unavailable. Give Kevin a call and ask if there are any lying around the warehouse that he hasn't already shoved up his ass, that'd be your best bet!
