I have asked you SEVERAL TIMES to send it back to me and I would take care of it. You have not taken my advice and I dont know any other way to tell you to send it back to me. You are still posting bad things about me on here after I told you I would take care of any problems you might have !!! This is the end of it right now. My offer no longer stands ! Keep the alternator as it is. Maybe next time you will just let a comapany try to take care of your problems. I am sorry it has come down to this but you leave me no other option. sorry about the situation man, I've been screwed out of $$$ before as well (car shop did some electrical damage to my car while doing an install)..it sucks when theres not much you can do about it..

i reported it to the bbb but nothing happened.

EA has horrilbe business practices and customer relations.. He also conducts himsef poorly on the internet.... he had a fall out on termpro reguarding his group buy and was a winey lil girl about it.

kinda bull that he couldnt at least handle the situation. i've need others get the same kinda *** hole responses from him when they try to get warranty repair. Hope Mine works when i finally throw it on.

wow. your right i don't care one bit about your family. to me you are an alternator shop. did you ever think about my family? do you think i have $300 to just throw away? did you ever think my family could've been in the car when your alternator went out and leave us stranded on the side of the road? these are public forums where we are aloud to discuss companies like yours. if you search ca.com, you'll see i have over 19,000 posts and in this posts i don't post about companies like i do yours when they make me products that work. all i wanted was confirmation that you knew i was sending the alt back. am i just suppose to blindly send an alternator? i also wanted to ask about that pulley you mentioned. also what i posted was taken out of the group buy thread and made into a new thread. i have every right to voice my displeasure of your product on the forum. all i asked for 1 year ago was a properly working 250 amp alternator, and i have yet to get. i guess in conclusion, thanks for ripping me off. i'll just chalk this up as a loss and go through mean-green or irraggi. everytime i see someone asking for alternator suggestions, i'll be sure to let them know to stay away from you.
