I gotta say that I believe everyone has a father,brother,uncle,friend,friend of friend that has a drill in thier house hold.

i think that if someone is going to attempt a recone, the least list of tools they would have would be a drill.

So for tools I use a hammer, 1/4 in. Chisel ( screwdriver works) Drill and a wire wheel.

Thats all I use.

lol, yeah. i do have a dremel, but not a drill. as i have no real use for one other than when i have a build or such i just borrow one from my neighbor which is rare. though my neighbors cool so we both kind of share tools that i have and he does or the other way around.
