Do i have enough to push 2 - 12W6V1?

I just got a new system it was basically give to me. I got 2- JL 12W6V1 and i have a Kenwood excelon KAC- X401M amp bridged going to both of them. it sound ok but i know that these W6 are better than that. do i need to get an additonal or bigger amp?

Um...no.

The 12W6v1 neither wants nor needs that amount of power. The 500/1 is enough for them. That Kenwood amp should do OK with them depending on how you have everything wired. You need an amp that likes either a 6 or 1.5 ohm load and will give you 400-600 watts at that load. The 500/1 does that nicely and most amps that are rated for 600-800w @ 1 ohm will do what you need.

Those are not subs that are going to win an SPL comp, so if that's what you're after you're gonna need new everything.
