Do ANY dvd units play divx\mpg etc?

I searched and found little and the threads were old. I was lookin at the w505 and the 9965 and it didnt say if it played those formats, im lookin to play videos in my car headrests. It doesnt have to be Alpine either just a GOOD quality brand.

I know Jensen makes 1 that does but i dunno about them.................

any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.

I believe JVC does also ..

That is correct, I can play DivX format on my AVX-800.

I have the Jensen Vm9512 and it does as long as its on a dvd, vcd or something of the sort. but it wont play the videos off the usb port. GL
