see i was just unsure because i was told before that you go by your peak. so right now my amp is set on a 42hz tone(previous box peak at 42)... how much of a difference do you think it will make after i reset my gains with a 50hz tone? i know it takes more power to produce spl @ low freqs then at high freqs. and 42hz - 53hz(im using petey pablo-vibrate *53hz for comps now), seems like a pretty big gap.

my box is 9.8cft with a single 15, I set my gains with a -3db 50hz tone and this thing hits as low as 23hz

nice have you TL you setup? hopefully by reseting my gains correctly i will gain in my spl scores

Nope, not yet my local audio shop has one though I'll be doing it sometime in the near future. Good luck with your setup, message me if you have more questions
