if im adjusting my amp for my speakers not subs what frequency should i use as a test tone. can i use like 120hz because 60hz at full rms would blow my speakers for sure. Thanks for any help

why?...if you cannot tell when your speakers distort by ear, then you seriously need to think about another hobby.
