DMM or O-scope

I just got a Sundown SA-15 D2 and while tuning my amp I started wondering if maybe my amp could put out more without clipping. All I use to set it currently is a DMM. Found a deal on a DSO nano O-scope for a price that I can easily justify to my wallet. Should I get it or am I fine with the DMM. Amp is a Pioneer GM-D8601.

Dd-1. What else would you really use the o-scope. Plus it's 1/3 the price.
O-scope I found is 1/3 the cost of a DD-1. Like I said, I got a deal. Brand new for $67. And I like to tinker with a lot of things include cars, so I would likely use the O-scope alot (checking sensors to see if functioning, getting o2 sensor reading to see if its working, etc)

O-scope FTW. I likes to see the waveform. I never trust a DMM unless it is an expensive one with True RMS capability and specifically rated to cover audio freqs.

Try this other test; get a 3.5mm headphone repair cable and connect it to the LC7i input. Connect that to your phone and measure. This will tell...
