DLS ur6s are in. Sounds good. Tweeters were a bit bright at the stock setting, so put them to lower setting, and they sound good. Definately more detail and midbass than the CDTs. DLS says it takes 15 hours to break them in, and the sound will change. I got maybe 30 minutes of play time on them so far. So far so good.

What exactly do u do to break them in? Just play songs soft?

Just let them play. Don't crank them too loud or push them too hard.

Something I noticed when I was putting Unreal's DLS's in - the tweeters have a TON of linearity. On the "mid" setting, they sounded like I was stabbing myself in the ear with an icepick (I can't imagine the high). The "low" setting was perfecet, with a ton of detail, and not overly bright. I still prefered the CDT tweeters to the DLS, but I'm giving Unreal's a few weeks to break in to see if I like them (I'm in the market myself for my IS). The crossovers are enormous, but seem to be stout. The drivers are impressive, fit well, and looked purdy. I'm anxious to hear them with some of my reference stuff in a few weeks.

Yea, i have to put mine to low, there on high now

Full treble they pierce your ears, it starts to hurt after 1-2 min

There super loud too, didnt crack up at high volume 30/62

Its the setting you put it on that makes them harsh
