In Audacity

1) upload song
2) select entire song
3)Analyze > Plot Spectrum (find frequency peaks in plot aka "the beat")
4)Effect > Change Pitch (change peak from plot to a lower frequency)
5) export song to desired format

i may have missed a few steps but anybody should be able to figure it out with my **** instructions
