As opposed to what? Wrapping three 4-gauge wires around a 1/0-gauge wire and wrapping with electrical tape?

ummm the name doesnt give you an idea as to what its for?

distribution...

hmm maybe it distributes power from 1 main power wire into smaller ones for items that require electricity? or maybe it allows you to ground all items into 1 block for ease?
