Distro block question

Quick question. Its been a few years since Ive used a distribution block and i forgot how do you decide what fuse ratings to put in the block.

I know you fuse your main fuse, at the battery, for the size wire you have. I have 0 gauge wire, its a 250amp fuse.

ill be going from 0 to 2 4 gauge outs, into a PDX-1.600 (4x20amp fuses on amp), and PDX-2.150 (2x15 amp fuses).

so do i match the fuse ratings on the amps so that my block would have an 80amp and 30amp, or match the standard for 4gauge wire and put 2 125amp fuses in it?

it depends, if the amps arent fused u fuse in accordance with the amps. if the amps are fused you fuse in accordance with the 4ga. wire. its pretty much fuse to whichever would blow quickest between the wire and amp
