Then the parent should have paid more attention to the movie's age rating. I could see that being possible many years ago, but these days movie makers/marketers are pretty careful to rate movies conservatively to avoid just this sort of situation.

Dumbest movie to ever be made. I walked out and got my money back as well as my wife and about 30 other people dont see it...IT SUCKS

I was thinking it would be along the I-Robot / Indepence Day line of movies. It really was more a symbolic on how minorities could be treated in society and less to do with Aliens.

I'd suggest not wasting the $ for theater tickets and just rent it.

I didn't like the documentary style @ the beginning at all, it was very confusing as to which direction the movie was headed. Then it turned into a regular-style movie, and then tried to tie it back into a documentary/newcast but they just didnt use the right affects in the transition from the beginning to the middle to the end..

The acting was pretty good, and the effects were just bad ***.

It was an okay movie.

saw d9 and the goods this past weekend, both pretty good. d10 will be better than d9, and the goods was almost as funny as teh hangover

incredible, i LOVED IT. gonna see it again tonight. ive been following the production of this movie ever since it was an independent film. its all actually based off of an incident that happened in africa a while ago except it was just a buncha angry black people instead of aliens:fyi:
