I've got my power wire ran it goes from 1/0 wire to a dist. block where it goes to 2 4ga wires 1 to each amp when i go to do my ground wires tomorrow do i just run 2 4ga grounds to the chassis or should i run them to a dist. block and run a single 1/0 ga ground?

Whichever method works out best for you is fine. Either should suffice as well as the other.

My main ground is welded to the spare tire mount under my trunk floor.

That cable feeds a distro which in turn feeds ground connection to all my accessories in the trunk. (neons, amps, aux 12v outlet, etc) and I have no inducted noise in my setup at all. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
