Lookin better, but why did you cover the holes? Were you too lazy to pull out the subs?
The Subs were put in with Torx screws and I stripped the driver working on another project. So I said F u

 
You really need to take the subs out and go from there. Get some Bondo and a lot of time and several different grits for your sander. Take that bondo and smear it across with a small spatula to fill in the valleys....then sand and do it again.....and so on, it should eventually feel like a dinner plate.......without the food on it
