The directed site isnt loading for me. Is there a list of authorized dealers on there? Im mainly trying to determine if ikesound is an authorized dealer or not. Their site says they are, Ive heard comments suggesting they are not.

I am having problems getting the site up myself. I spoke to someone from Ikesound that insisted their Vipers are refurbed through DEI.

They told me they were sent to DEI and refurbed, but I really dont know considering all the s**t that is happening to the refurbs. I dont know what to think myself, I will probably pass on the refurbs. I dont want to have problems with one of their amps, like everyone else on here seems to be having.

I am never going to order from them again. I ordered the 1100D on the 23rd. 3 days later I email them asking if the item has shipped. No response. Couple days later after I sent the email I gave them a call. They said the 1100Ds will be arriving the next day and it will be shipped to me the same day or the following day. Several days later I email them asking about if its shipped. They email me back saying they re-ordered from Directed and it "could arrive right after next year" (this was the 29th). So knowing them I asked if they had the 1500D in stock. They said they did have them in stock and so after bouncing several emails back and forth to make sure they'd ship the next day (the 30th). They refunded my 123 dollars and requested the difference for the 1500D (20 bucks or so).

Hi I have jsut refunded the $ 128.95 payment so that you can resend the $ 153.00 for the new item. The order ccan ship tomorrow, as long as i get your payment,thanks

i ordered a directed audio 1500d refurb from them on friday it was shipped same day got the tracking number asap, so no complaints about ikesound from me yet.
