Directed D2400?

A buddy of mine has a Directed D2400 that he's tryin' to sell me. He doesn't use it, and has an RD1750.1 now, so won't use it again most likely. Anyway, he's asking $200, but I'm not sure if that's a proper price for this amp. This isn't the older Directed 2400D, it's the newer smaller D2400, that's more like the older 1100D from Directed. The one that has the bif faceplate covering the heatsink.
