Couldnt agree more. I have submitted notes way too many times and literally years go by and they dont add em to directechs... So instead they just keep giving people bad info. IE..Infiniti Intelligent key..."Just leave the transponder in the car." Are you fuking kidding me?!?!?!

sucks when decent companies go downhill because big businesses worry more abotu putting cheaper quality parts in to increase profits when they SHOULD work on generating more revenue...not just cutting costs........assholes....
