Dimming From Power Windows

So whenever I try to roll up more then one power window at once I get some pretty bad dimming on my headlights. My grounds are all pretty good because I don't get dimming off the sub hitting.

I also upgraded 2/3 of the Big 3 (One wire burnt up and needs replacing)

I've got a year old alternator (stock '01 Galant, running 1000W RMS)

Just trying to figure out what this could be..
