different ways to port?

Hey guys Im new to box building and gonna give a shot at a ported box this weekend, drawing up plans till then. I want a slot ported box and was wondering, iv got my two 10s in one big sealed box now, all iv seen is a bunch of slot ported subs but they've been in separate chambers with separate ports. Id do two 3 cube boxes with ports or can i do one big 6 cube box with both subs in the same big space and on shorter vent? Thanks

put them in a common chamber and port from there

all u need to consider is the frequency u want to tune them to

from what i have heard

by better i mean low frequency extension

i dont understand the question

2 10's dont need 6 cubes. maybe 3.5 tops.

bringing it down to 3.5 cubes increases the port length to 51.8 in? Is there a way to shorten the port length and make the box 3.5 cubes?

decrease the port area, im guessing you have alot.

premier 10" champions, rated at 350 rms got 200 going to them in a 2 cube sealed now. Ya I had the vent width at 5.5 inches... 4wide 16 high gives me 36.7 inch long vent. Am i doing this right?
